The Lunareth Coralnymph is a semi-aquatic reptiloid, its lithe, flexible body sheathed in opalescent skin and trailing translucent, fin-like membranes along its length. A gradient runs from coral-pink at the head to deep slate-blue along the tail, with pale, luminous eyes and a throat marked by iridescent, shifting scales.

Its body is studded with sensory gems; biogenic nodules of calcium and organic silica set along its flanks; which detect pressure shifts, current patterns, and subtle chemical changes in the surrounding water. These nodules glow faintly in response to movement and emotion, lending the Coralnymph an almost mythical aura as it drifts through low-light reefscapes.

Its most distinctive feature is its tail, which coils into a tight, ornamental spiral when the creature is at rest or engaged in non-threatening interaction. In motion, the tail extends and acts as rudder and propulsion fin in tandem, granting the Coralnymph exceptional agility among reefs and debris fields.

Its face is smooth and outwardly featureless, lacking visible nostrils; respiration instead occurs through concealed gill slits along the lower neck, giving the head a sleek, uninterrupted profile.
